Refund Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. What you are buying

InfraDrill sells one-time access passes — 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months of full access to the question bank. A pass is a single purchase for a fixed period. It is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically, nothing is charged again when the period ends, and there is no recurring payment to cancel. When your pass expires, your account reverts to the free tier and keeps all of your history.

Purchases are sold by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record; InfraDrill provides the Service itself. Paddle is the seller on the transaction, issues your receipt, and processes any refund.

2. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Paddle applies this right as the seller — you do not need our agreement to use it.

InfraDrill is a digital service supplied over the period your pass covers, not a file you download once. For a service, the withdrawal right falls away only once the service has been fully performed, and a pass that runs for 30, 90 or 365 days is not fully performed on the day it starts. Where you withdraw inside the 14 days after asking us to begin immediately, a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the moment you withdraw may be retained — measured against the access provided for that part of the period rather than against how much of it you used — and the balance returned.

Consumers elsewhere, including in the UK, have whatever equivalent rights their own law provides. We do not try to restate those here — they vary by country and are Paddle's to apply as the seller. Paddle's policy states that where local law or a supplier grants additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights will always apply.

3. Outside those rights

Beyond the statutory rights above, passes are non-refundable: the access you paid for has been delivered for the period you paid for it, and nothing renews to be cancelled. Paddle may also grant a refund at its own discretion under its refund policy — that is Paddle's decision to make, not ours.

What a refund does to your access. If a refund is approved for a pass, the access provided under that pass ends when the refund takes effect. Any other pass you bought separately is not affected, and your account and your history stay as they are — a refund undoes one purchase, not your account.

Two things are not affected by any of this. If the Service does not conform to what these pages describe, you have statutory remedies for the non-conformity of digital services, and nothing here limits them. And a duplicate or unauthorised charge is a payment matter for Paddle.

4. Who to contact

Payments, receipts, invoices and refunds — including a statutory withdrawal — go to Paddle, at paddle.net or through the support link on the receipt they emailed you. Paddle took the payment, so Paddle returns it, to the original payment method.

The Service itself — your account, your access, or something not working — comes to us at support@infradrill.dev.

5. Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Because passes do not renew, simply not buying another one ends the arrangement. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; that does not by itself trigger a refund.
