Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

InfraDrill ("we", "us", the "Service") is an interview preparation platform for Senior/Principal-level Go, Kubernetes, and AWS engineering roles: a source-verified question bank, timed quizzes, spaced-repetition flashcards, progress tracking, and a study plan checklist. These Terms govern your use of the Service at our website and any account you create.

Operator: [Legal entity name, address, and registration details — to be completed once business registration is finalized; see the operator's own planning notes on Polish "unregistered activity" status]. Contact: [contact email — to be added].

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and choose a password of at least 8 characters to register. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. The free tier and paid plans

Registration is free. A static sample of questions and a client-side practice quiz are also available at /demo without an account at all.

A free registered account gets full access to timed quizzes, practice packs, flashcards, the progress dashboard, and the study plan checklist — you see the correct answer and full explanation for any question once you attempt it, at no cost. A paid subscription (see current pricing at /pricing) additionally lets you browse the full question bank directly — text, options, and sources — without attempting anything first.

As of the date above, self-serve subscription checkout is not yet available— paid access exists as a feature but can currently only be granted manually, not purchased. This is expected to change: online payment processing is planned, at which point this section will be updated with billing terms and cancellation/refund policy (including how we handle the EU's statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, which requires your explicit, separate consent to begin service immediately and thereby waive that right — we will not infer that consent silently). Nothing in this draft should be read as describing live payment terms, because none exist yet.

4. Content, accuracy, and what the Service is not

Every question is meant to cite a real, checkable source (official documentation, books, or similar) and is labeled Verified or Pending reviewin the product — pending-review questions have been generated and cross-checked but not yet manually confirmed by a person. We work to keep the bank accurate, but interview questions, technology documentation, and best practices change, and we don't guarantee completeness, currentness, or fitness for any specific interview, employer, or certification exam. The Service is a practice tool, not professional, career, or certification advice, and using it is not a guarantee of interview or job-search success.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, and the compiled/curated question bank are owned by us or our licensors. Question content is original material — written and organized by us, citing external sources rather than copying them verbatim (we specifically avoid reproducing exam-dump content word-for-word). You may use the Service for your own personal interview preparation. You may not scrape, bulk-export, republish, resell, or otherwise redistribute the question bank or platform content, or attempt to circumvent any access or entitlement controls.

6. Acceptable use

  • No automated scraping, bulk downloading, or reverse-engineering the question bank.
  • No sharing a single account across multiple people, or reselling access.
  • No attempting to bypass rate limits, authentication, or entitlement checks.
  • No uploading unlawful, infringing, or abusive content anywhere the product accepts input.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment once paid plans exist, or to comply with legal obligations.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any interview or employment outcome, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Polish or EU consumer-protection law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves (most notably: when paid plans launch). We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify registered users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of your country of residence if you're an EU consumer.
